We have a NO REFUND POLICY, which means Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded!
If there is an issue with your order and it is an error on our part, feel free to email us with the name on the order as well as your order number. If it is an issue with shipping or delivery, please contact USPS! Priority packages come with insurance and if your package is damaged, you can file a claim with USPS..
If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Once label is printed, shipping is paid. MAKE SURE ALL ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT. ( Please double check your address )This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package!!
