SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping takes 7-15 BUSINESS days NOT including Weekends, Holidays, or Election time. Shipping may be little longer if you place an order during a SALE. If this is an issue please do not order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a TRACKING NUMBER. Please check spam folder and/or search inbox for DiamondJoes mails. Orders do not ship until they are fully processed. Please take order processing time of 2-4 days into Consideration. (See processing policy)

Once you place order, you will receive a confirmation email with a Order # stating your order has been received. If not, the email you entered may have been incorrect or check your spam folder

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Question. I received the wrong order or missing items what do I do?

Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. You need to upload a picture of the items received, the label on the package and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to DiamondJoesllc@gmail.com or Click Contact on Website.

The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
